Authenticity promise

Every pair we sell is genuine. If one is ever proven not to be, you get all of your money back and we pay the shipping.

Where the shoes come from

We buy from authorised distributors and established wholesalers with paperwork, not from whoever is offering the best price on a given week. That is the whole reason our prices are what they are: buying properly costs more than buying blind.

We do not sell pairs sourced from open markets or from individual resellers we cannot trace, however good the deal looks. One bad pair costs more than the margin on twenty good ones.

What we check on arrival

Every pair is opened and inspected before it goes on the site. These are the same checks you can do yourself when a pair arrives — from us or from anyone:

  1. The SKU matches in three places

The style code on the box label, on the tongue tag inside the shoe, and on the size sticker should be identical. Fakes very often get two of the three right and the third wrong, because the box and the shoe come from different places.

  2. The box label is printed, not stuck on crooked

Real labels are square to the box, sharply printed, and the barcode scans. Blurred small text, a label that peels at the corner, or a size that does not match the shoe inside are all bad signs.

  3. Stitching is even and the glue is clean

Look along the sole join and around the toe. Factory stitching runs even, with no skipped or doubled-back runs, and there is no glue squeezed out past the edge of the sole.

  4. The shape is right

This is the one that needs a real pair beside it, and it is why we handle everything. Fakes are usually close but slightly wrong — a toe box a little too round, a swoosh a little too thick, a heel that sits at the wrong angle.

  5. It smells like a shoe

A strong chemical smell out of the box is a genuine warning sign. Real factories do not use the adhesives that produce it.

Our guarantee

If any pair you buy from us is ever proven not to be authentic, we refund it in full and we pay the return shipping. No argument, no restocking fee, and no time limit.

Take it to any authorised retailer or brand service centre for a second opinion, and bring us what they tell you. We would rather refund one pair than be the shop people are unsure about — see returns for everything else.

Unsure about a pair you already own, wherever you bought it? Send us photos of the box label and the tongue tag and we'll tell you what we see.
