Returns and exchanges

Any pair, within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, in its original box, and still has its tags. Tried on indoors is fine — that is what trying on is. Worn outside is not, because we cannot sell it to the next person as new.

The box is part of the product. A pair returned without it, or with a box that has been used as packaging and taped up, we can only take as an exchange rather than a refund.

Exchanges, always. Wrong size, wrong fit, changed your mind about the colour — bring it back within the 7 days and swap it for anything else we have. If the new pair costs more you pay the difference; if it costs less we send the difference back on M-Pesa.

Refunds, when the fault is ours. If we sent the wrong pair, the pair is damaged, or it is not what the product page said it was, you get the full amount back on M-Pesa within two working days. No restocking fee, and we do not deduct the original delivery.

For a straightforward change of mind we would rather find you the right pair than give the money back, so an exchange is what we offer there. If nothing we have works for you, tell us — we are not going to hold your money hostage over it.

If we got it wrong, we pay both directions. The return and the replacement cost you nothing.

If it is a size or a change of mind, you cover getting it back to us and we cover sending the new pair out. In Nairobi that is usually a few hundred shillings on a rider, or free if you drop it at the shop yourself.

Send us a WhatsApp with your order number — it is on your order page and in the M-Pesa message — and say what is wrong. We reply with where to send it or when to come in.

Do not post anything back before you have messaged us. A parcel that arrives with no order number attached is one we cannot match to you, and that is how returns go missing.
