Orders over KSh 5,000 deliver free anywhere in Nairobi. The exact fee for your address is shown at checkout before you pay — there is never a charge added after.
Order cutoff
Order before 2pm and it is packed and goes out the same day. After 2pm it goes out the next morning, so a Nairobi order placed at 3pm on Monday arrives Tuesday rather than Monday.
Sundays we don't dispatch. An order placed on Saturday afternoon leaves on Monday.
Who carries it
We use Sendy, Pickup Mtaani and Easy Coach parcels. You get the tracking number on your order page as soon as the parcel is handed over.
